Step 1: Install the App

Open https://gogotracker.vercel.app/ on your smartphone's browser. Tap the "Share" icon (iOS) or the menu button (Android) and select "Add to Home Screen." The app will install directly to your device.

Step 2: Build Your Database

After your purchase, you will receive a master Google Sheet template. Open it in your Google account and click our custom 🚗 GoGo Tracker > Build Database button. The script will automatically format the required database tabs.

Step 3: Deploy the Cloud Server

Click Extensions > Apps Script, then click Deploy as Web App. Google will instantly generate a secure, private URL that only your app can communicate with.

Step 4: Connect & Drive

Open the GoGo Tracker app on your phone. Enter your Product License Key and paste your secure Google Web App URL. The app is now permanently linked to your private Google Drive database!

At GoGo Tracker, we believe your data is yours. Period. Because of our unique "Bring Your Own Backend" architecture, our privacy policy is incredibly simple: We do not collect, store, or sell your personal data.

1. Data Storage & Google Drive

GoGo Tracker does not operate central servers to store your trips, vehicle information, or locations. All data generated by the application is stored locally on your device's internal storage and synced directly to your personal Google Drive account via the Google Apps Script you deploy. We have zero access to your Google Sheet or the data inside it.

2. Location Services

If you use the "Current Location" feature, the app accesses your device's GPS hardware. This data is only used temporarily to reverse-geocode your address to calculate trip distances. Your location is never tracked continuously in the background and is never sent to GoGo Tracker developers.

3. Payment Processing

We use LemonSqueezy as our merchant of record. When you purchase a license, LemonSqueezy processes your payment and email address. The app only verifies your license key against their API to unlock the software. We do not store your credit card information.

1. License Agreement & Revocation

By purchasing GoGo Tracker, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable lifetime license to use the GoGo Tracker web application and the accompanying Google Apps Script backend template. Your license key is for your personal or internal business use only. Sharing your license key publicly, publishing it online, or distributing it to unauthorized users will result in the immediate disabling of your key without a refund.

2. Intellectual Property & Code Integrity

The GoGo Tracker frontend application and the proprietary Google Apps Script backend code are protected intellectual property. You are strictly prohibited from sharing, redistributing, reselling, or reverse-engineering the provided Apps Script backend code. Altering the core script logic is done entirely at your own risk and immediately voids any technical support.

3. "As Is" Software

GoGo Tracker is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive to maintain accurate mileage calculation algorithms and up-to-date IRS tax rates, you acknowledge that bugs or API outages (such as Google Maps or Vercel downtime) may occur.

4. Tax Liability & Disclaimer

GoGo Tracker is a logging tool, not a certified tax professional. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the miles you log and the deductions you claim comply with IRS regulations. GoGo Tracker and its creators accept absolutely no liability for tax audits, penalties, data loss, or miscalculated deductions.
