Terms of Use
Our straightforward, professional terms.
I believe professional software should be a tool that empowers you, not an endless subscription that drains your budget. I'm Dan, the independent developer behind GoGo Tools, and my philosophy is simple: Stop Renting. Start Owning.
Whether you're managing a small business, running a church, creating content, or just organizing your personal life, you deserve powerful, user-friendly tools that respect your privacy. Here are the clear guidelines for using them.
1. The Lifetime License
When you purchase a GoGo Tool, you are securing a lifetime license for that specific version of the software. By utilizing your free Google account for backend processing, we are able to completely eliminate recurring server costs. There are no hidden monthly fees from me. Once you buy the license, it's yours to use forever.
2. Data Privacy & Ownership
I built these tools to seamlessly connect with your existing, free Google account via Google Apps Script. Because of this powerful architecture:
- I do not have access to your teleprompter scripts, signage loops, mileage logs, or any other data you generate.
- Your data never touches my servers, ensuring your private information remains totally yours.
- Your security is backed by Google's world-class infrastructure and managed entirely by your own account settings.
3. Acceptable Use & License Termination
Your license grants you permission to use these tools for your personal, business, ministry, or creative operations. I work hard to provide highly polished, professional-grade software at a fraction of the cost of SaaS competitors.
In return, I ask that you respect the software's integrity. Modifying the applications, sharing them with unlicensed users, distributing the source code, or reverse-engineering the tools will result in the immediate termination of your license.
4. Platform Infrastructure & As-Is Software
I take pride in building robust, reliable utilities. However, the software is provided "as is," without any warranties.
Because GoGo Tools leverage third-party infrastructure (such as your web browser and Google's free ecosystem), I cannot be held liable if a platform updates their API, if a browser update modifies a feature, or if your hardware encounters an issue. While I continually strive to issue updates and maintain smooth operation, I cannot guarantee completely uninterrupted service.
5. Refunds
Because you are purchasing downloadable software code that integrates directly into your personal Google Drive, I generally cannot offer refunds once the tools have been accessed or copied. However, if you experience a critical bug or technical issue, please reach out to me directly so I can help get it resolved.
6. Updates to these Terms
If I ever need to update these terms to reflect changes in my tools or legal requirements, I will post the revisions right here. I remain completely committed to my zero-subscription, privacy-first model.
